Screenprinting
Screen printing is a printing process that uses a mesh screen, stencil, ink, and a squeegee to transfer artwork onto apparel. Each color in a design is separated into its own screen, allowing ink to be printed layer by layer to create the final design.
While the actual printing can be completed quickly, producing a quality screen-printed order involves several preparation steps before the first shirt is printed. Artwork must be separated, screens must be prepared and exposed, the press must be set up and registered, and the finished prints must be cured properly.
The time required depends on the number of garments, number of colors, print locations, artwork complexity, and current production schedule. That's why we provide a turnaround estimate with your order rather than promising the same timeframe for every job.

Simple Handling Fee — A slight handling fee is added to sourced garments to cover the time and processing involved in ordering, receiving, and managing your blanks.
There are no minimums, but larger quantities are heavily recommended. Ordering more garments at once can help reduce the per-unit cost and make the sourcing and production process more efficient.
