Whats your turn around time?
Our standard turnaround is about 3–7 business days (excluding shipping) from the time your order is approved and payment is received. Rush options may be available depending on the project.
What are your minimum print quantities [MOQ]
We do not have a MOQ however, 10 pieces per design is where we recommend for better pricing. You can mix and match garment types (tees, hoodies, long sleeves, etc.) as long as the same screens and inks are used.

What artwork formats do we accept?
We accept PNG, TIFF, and vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). For the best results, send high-resolution files with clean lines. If your artwork isn’t print-ready, we can help prep it for an additional fee.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring in your own garments for printing. Just make sure they’re new, clean, and ready to go. Keep in mind we’re not responsible for manufacturer defects or misprints on customer-supplied items.
What is you refund or reprint policy?
Because each order is custom, we don’t offer refunds. If there’s an error on our end, we’ll make it right with a reprint at no cost to you. For issues with customer-supplied garments, we can’t guarantee replacements.
